This joint stock company is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of knitted garments and hosiery for middle and upper class urban men and women, ages between 25 and 60 years. The company was founded in January of 1987 and is based in Spain. Its registered business office is located in Canet de Mar, a municipality in the comarca of the Maresme in Catalonia. The company offers products which are adapted to the two distinctive spheres of work and leisure: formal designs, sporty and nautical designs, and casual designs, among others. Its products include suits, swimsuits, bathrobes, underwear, hats, caps, berets, pullovers, dresses, pants and coats. These are sold under the Pulligan, Meyba and Peyton brands. The company is part of Pulligan International, which is one of Spain's major industrial fashion groups and specializes in knitwear. The latter sells its products to 17 countries, among which are the main countries of the European Union, United States, Russia, Mexico, Brazil, China and Japan.
